Our Founder
A Fox grew out of work Amie Fox has been doing for over 15 years across employee experience, corporate responsibility and disability inclusion. She has worked with organisations that genuinely wanted to do the right thing and invested significant time and effort into shaping thoughtful strategies for their people and impact.
What she saw repeatedly was that intent wasn’t the issue. Strategies were often well designed, but once they met the reality of day-to-day work, progress became difficult to sustain. Ownership blurred, follow-through weakened, and important initiatives relied on a small number of people to keep them moving.
That experience is why A Fox focuses on designing execution that works in real conditions. Amie works with leadership teams to bring clarity to decisions, ownership and communication, so intent translates into consistent action. Her lived experience of visual impairment further sharpens her focus on simplicity, usability and systems people can genuinely work with.
Amie also delivers keynote talks. She believes that when so much of life is spent at work, organisations have a responsibility to create environments that feel good as well as perform well. For her, clarity, ownership and well-designed systems are how good intent becomes meaningful work without unnecessary friction.
